Travel Services Terms of Service

These terms govern Best of Bedz Travel Services at bestofbedz.com/travelservices, our travel comparison and referral service. They complement, and do not replace, our main Terms of Service; where a matter is specific to Travel Services, these terms apply.
1. Who we are, and acceptance
Best of Bedz Travel Services is operated by Best of B Online FZ-LLC ("Best of B Online", "we", "us", "our"), a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using Travel Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
2. What the service is
Travel Services is a comparison and referral platform. We help you find and book car rentals, airport transfers, tours, activities and event tickets by displaying offers and booking widgets from trusted third-party providers. We are an intermediary: we do not provide the travel services ourselves.
3. Affiliate model and third-party services
We operate as an affiliate partner through the Travelpayouts network. The booking services on our pages are provided by third-party companies, not by us, through embedded widgets that connect you with:
- Economybookings.com — car rental comparison and booking
- Welcome Pickups — airport transfers and shuttles
- Klook — tours, activities and experiences
- Tiqets — attraction and event tickets
Commission disclosure. When you book through our pages we may earn a referral commission from the provider via Travelpayouts. This commission is paid by the provider and does not increase the price you pay; prices are the same as booking with the provider directly.
We are an intermediary only. We do not provide the travel services and are not responsible for the execution, quality, safety or fulfilment of any booking. All bookings are subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.
4. Your contract is with the provider
When you book, you enter a direct contract with the third-party provider (for example Economybookings.com, Welcome Pickups, Klook or Tiqets). That booking is governed by the provider's terms, cancellation policy and privacy policy. We strongly recommend you read them before booking.
5. No payment through us
We never take payment and never handle your card details. All payments are made on the provider's own secure platform. We do not process refunds or hold funds. This is why our chargeback, deposit and refund rules for stays do not apply here: money never passes through us.
6. Availability and pricing
We show information supplied by third-party providers and cannot guarantee its availability, price or accuracy. Prices and availability are set by the providers and may change without notice. The final price and terms are confirmed at the time of booking on the provider's platform. General information on our pages (guides, editorial content) is for convenience only, and you rely on it at your own risk.
7. Acceptable use, linking and framing
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or interfere with its security or availability (including denial-of-service attacks), or introduce malware; use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest data; or impersonate any person or misrepresent an affiliation. You may link to us fairly and lawfully, but you must not frame or mirror our pages, or link in a way that suggests an endorsement or association that does not exist. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.
8. Intellectual property, trademarks and impersonation
All content on our pages (text, graphics, logos and design) is owned by Best of B Online or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written consent. Third-party names and marks (Travelpayouts, Economybookings.com, Welcome Pickups, Klook, Tiqets) belong to their owners.
The Best of Bedz name and logos may not be used without our written authorisation, including in domain names, social accounts or advertising, or in any way that misleads people into thinking they are dealing with us. Report misuse or copyright complaints to legal@bestofbedz.com.
Beware of impersonation. We communicate only from @bestofbedz.com addresses and never ask you to pay us for a travel booking. If anyone claiming to be Best of Bedz asks you to pay outside a provider's own platform, do not pay, and report it to us.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in respect of the website itself. We make no warranty as to the products or services of any third-party provider. The service is operated from the UAE; if you access it elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with your local law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, goodwill or data, arising from: your use of, or inability to use, the service; any booking made through a third-party provider via our pages; the quality, safety or legality of services provided by third parties; errors, inaccuracies or omissions in content we display; or unauthorised access to or alteration of your data. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Travel Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us directly (which, for our free comparison service, is normally nil). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Best of B Online against documented third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
12. Cancellations and refunds
Because all bookings are processed by third-party providers, cancellation and refund policies are set by the provider, and we do not process payments or refunds. For any booking issue, contact the provider directly; you may also reach us at cs@bestofbedz.com and we will do our best to help.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, outages of third-party platforms, or interruptions to internet or hosting infrastructure.
14. Electronic acceptance
You agree to transact electronically. Using the service, and the actions you take on it to indicate acceptance (clicking a confirm button, subscribing, or the equivalent on any device), are your electronic signature, carrying the same legal force as a handwritten one, and no third-party certification is required for it to be enforceable.
15. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted here, and your continued use means you accept them. Changes do not apply retroactively to a referral already completed.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). Disputes follow this ladder: (1) send a written notice of dispute to legal@bestofbedz.com; (2) both parties try in good faith to resolve it within 45 days; (3) disputes not resolved go to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, disputes are brought individually, not in a class or representative proceeding. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief or enforce intellectual-property rights before a competent court. Nothing here deprives you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
17. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to an affiliate or successor. These terms, with the Travel Services Privacy Policy and the company Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Travel Services.
